Convert Any Microsoft Windows Application Into PDF with Bullzip PDF Printer
How many of you have tried converting a MS Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint document into PDF? Raise your hands! None?! Sure you can convert all your documents to PDF’s by installing Bullzip PDF Printer.
As the name suggests, Bullzip will create a virtual printer that will enable you to print or in this case create/convert any MS document into PDF. So, how would you do this? Here’s how;
Once you have downloaded and installed the application, go to control panel and look for the ‘Printer‘ section. Here you will find a printer; named Bullzip PDF printer.
Now, open any MS document, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and look for Printer; in case you are using MS Office 2007, you will find the printer option by clicking the MS Office icon on the top left corner of your screen. If you still can’t find it, simply use the CTRL+P combination to open the printer section.
You will have to select Bullzip PDF printer from the drop down menu.
The new section that opens, you’ll be asked to enter the destination where you would like to place/save the PDF file. Enter the destination and click Save when you are finished. You may even wish to add a password to your PDF file, by clicking on the security tab.
